PERAN PENULIS NASKAH DALAM MENGEMBANGKAN IDE KREATIF DENGAN TEKNIK KOMEDI LANGUAGE PADA PROGRAM LIVE SITUASI KOMEDI "KARYAWAN GOKIL"

ABSTRAK
The program “Karyawan Gokil” is a live situation comedy that highlights workplace themes and is produced with a humorous approach relevant to the social realities of urban society. This final project aims to explain the role of the scriptwriter in developing creative ideas using the technique of comedy language in the program. In the process, the scriptwriter is responsible for idea development, creating the basic story, synopsis, treatment, and writing the script, including participating in reading sessions with the cast. The writing method used is descriptive qualitative through literature studies and direct observation during the production process. The comedy language technique is applied to build tension that is then broken through punchlines or unexpected dialogues. This technique is implemented without eliminating elements of action logic comedy or the strength of character. Thus, the humor flows naturally while remaining within the structure of the story. The results show that the strength of the storyline, consistent characters, and the appropriate use of comedic techniques significantly influence the quality of the script. Moreover, collaboration between the scriptwriter, program director, and producer plays a vital role in maintaining consistency with the concept and rhythm of the story. Through this work, the writer demonstrates that the role of the scriptwriter is not limited to writing but also contributes to the creative direction of the show. This final project is expected to serve as a reference for future live sitcom productions, especially those broadcasted on digital platforms.

Program “Karyawan Gokil” merupakan tayangan livesituasi komedi yang mengangkat tema perkantoran dan diproduksi dengan pendekatan humor yang relevan dengan masyarakat. Penulisan tugas akhir ini bertujuan untuk menjelaskan peran penulis naskah dalam mengembangkan ide kreatif menggunakan teknik komedi language pada program tersebut. Dalam prosesnya, penulis bertanggung jawab atas pengembangan ide, penyusunan basic story, sinopsis, treatment, hingga pembuatan naskah dan reading bersama pemain. Teknik komedi language digunakan untuk membangun ketegangan yang kemudian direalisasikan menjadi punchline atau dialog tak terduga (Anton Mabruri KN, 2018). Teknik ini tidak menghilangkan unsur komedi action dan logic maupun identity. Oleh karena itu, humor dapat mengalir secara natural tanpa lepas dari struktur cerita. Hasil akhir menunjukkan bahwa kekuatan ide cerita, karakter yang konsisten, serta penerapan teknik komedi yang tepat sangat mempengaruhi kualitas naskah. Metode penulisan yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kualitatif melalui studi pustaka dan observasi langsung selama praktik produksi. Selain itu, kolaborasi antara program director dan produser menjadi faktor penting dalam menjaga konsep dan alur cerita. Melalui karya ini, penulis menunjukkan bahwa peran penulis naskah tidak hanya sebatas menulis, melainkan menjadi penentu arah kreatif dalam menciptakan tayangan komedi yang menghibur, bernilai sosial, dan dekat secara emosional dengan penonton.
