PERAN PROGRAM DIRECTOR DALAM MENGATUR PERSIAPAN KOREOGRAFI PADA LIVE PREFOMANCE PROGRAM “TAM TAM THUMBS UP”

Penulisan ini dilatar belakangi bagaimana program Televisi Live Variety Show
Edutainment “Tam Tam Thumbs Up” yang merupakan sebuah program anak
yang menghibur, mengedukasi, juga menambah wawasan anak-anak. Penulisan
ini bertujuan untuk memberikan penjelasan mengenai peran program director
dalam mengatur prduksi program TV Live Variety Show Edutainment. Teknik
yang digunakan untuk mengumpulkan data dalam penulisan, yaitu observasi,
wawancara, dan studi pustaka. Pada saat tahap pra-produksi, penulis sebagai
Program Director melakukan pengembangan ide, riset, Menyusun konsep,
mencari talent, menentukan alat yang akan di gunakan saat produksi, sedangkan
pada saat tahap produksi penulis mendirect acara dari awal hingga akhir acara,
dan pada saat pasca-produksi penulis yang berperan sebagai program director
melakukan evaluasi acara bersama dengan tim.

The author's background is rooted in the Live Variety Show Edutainment
Television Program "Tam Tam Thumbs Up," which is a children's program
aimed at entertaining, educating, and broadening the knowledge of children. The
purpose of this writing is to provide an explanation regarding the role of the
program director in organizing the production of the TV Live Variety Show
Edutainment. The techniques used to gather data in this writing include
observation, interviews, and literature review. During the pre-production stage,
the author, acting as the Program Director, engages in idea development,
research, concept development, talent scouting, and determining the tools to be
used during production. Meanwhile, during the production stage, the author
directs the show from beginning to end. In the post-production stage, the author,
in the role of a program director, evaluates the show together with the team.
