FOTO DAN DIGITAL IMAGING STRUKTUR TULANG KUCING DALAM FOTOGRAFI EDITORIAL

This work, titled "Seeing Cat Behavior in Bone Structure Through Editorial Photography," aims to showcase the relationship between a cat's bone structure and its various natural activities, such as playing, hunting, jumping, defending itself, and stretching. Through an editorial photography approach, the author attempts to present visuals of cats in bone structure in a creative and informative way using photography techniques and digital imaging processing. This work stems from the author's close relationship with cats, as well as a desire to present a new perspective on cats as creatures with adaptive and efficient body systems. Unlike technologies such as X-rays, which can only display static two-dimensional images, editorial photography provides creative freedom to capture the dynamics of movement and posture with the aid of digital imaging processing, supporting the cat's bone structure in its behavior to tell a visual story. The process of creating the work involves creating the bone structure, its movement, location selection, setting the shooting angle, lighting, and visual composition to emphasize how the bones work to support each movement. It is hoped that this work will enrich the world of photography, particularly in conveying information about animal anatomy visually, and serve as an alternative source for understanding cat behavior from a scientific and artistic perspective.

Karya ini berjudul "Foto dan digital imaging struktur tulang dalam fotografi editorial", yang bertujuan menampilkan hubungan antara struktur tulang kucing dan berbagai aktivitas alaminya, seperti bermain, berburu, melompat, mempertahankan diri dan meregangkan tubuh. Melalui pendekatan fotografi editorial, penulis mencoba menyajikan visual kucing dalam struktur tulang dengan cara yang kreative dan informatif menggunakan teknik fotografi dan pengolahan digital imaging. Karya ini dari kedekatan penulis dengan subjek kucing, serta keinginan untuk menghadirkan sudut pandang baru tentang kucing sebagai makhluk yang memiliki sistem tubuh yang adaptif dan efisien. Berbeda dengan teknologi seperti X-ray yang hanya mampu menampilkan gambar statis dua dimensi, fotografi editorial memberikan keleluasaan kreatif untuk menangkap dinamika gerak dan postur dengan di bantu pengolahan karya melalui digital imaging, agar mendukung struktur tulang kucing dalam perilaku nya untuk bercerita secara visual. Proses penciptaan karya melibatkan pembuatan struktur tulang, pergerakan struktur tulang, pemilihan tempat, pengaturan sudut pengambilan gambar, pencahayaan, serta komposisi visual untuk menekankan bagaimana tulang bekerja dalam mendukung setiap gerakan. Diharapkan karya ini dapat memperkaya dunia fotografi, khususnya dalam menyampaikan informasi anatomi hewan secara visual, serta menjadi sumber alternatif dalam memahami perilaku kucing dari sudut pandang ilmiah dan artistik.
