Peran Produser Dalam Merancang Konsep Progam Feature "Top Care"

ABSTRACT
Television is a modern communication medium, in the course of its development, television has become a basic need or necessity with the functions of informing, entertaining and educating as well as being a control space for society. The author highlights a television feature program entitled "Top Care". This television program will reintroduce the event by explaining the background of volunteers in caring for and empowering people with disabilities and sensory. Each episode shows volunteers' struggles with social challenges when caring for their patients. They try to provide physical, emotional and psychological support, even though they have to deal with pressure from society, limited resources, and even personal problems. In making the final assignment the author discusses the role of the producer, with the aim of finding out the role of the producer in making television feature programs. The producer is the leader of the entire production team, both creatively and in production management, according to the budget agreed upon by the Executive Producer and according to mutually agreed goals (Mabruri, 2018). In collecting data, the author used descriptive methods through interviews, observations and literature studies to obtain all data and information related to the theme. It is hoped that this final assignment report can help the producer's role in the process of making schedules for the tapping television feature program and can be a useful reference for readers.

Televisi merupakan media komunikasi modern yang dalam perkembangannya televisi sudah menjadi kebutuhan pokok atau kebutuhan dengan memiliki fungsi yaitu menginformasikan, menghibur dan mendidik serta sebagai ruang kontrol masyarakat. Penulis mengangkat sebuah program feature televisi yang berjudul "Top Care : Isyarat Kasih". program televisi berformat feature berjenis human interest menampilkan kisah menarik dari perjuangan para relawan yang mendedikasikan hidupnya dalam merawat dan memberdayakan para penyintas yang dikemas secara kehidupan sehari – hari para relawan. Pada pembuatan tugas akhir penulis membahas tentang peran produser, dengan tujuan untuk mengetahui peran produser pada pembuatan program feature televisi. Produser merupakan pemimpin seluruh tim produksi, baik secara kreatif maupun dalam manajemen produksi, sesuai anggaran yang telah disepakati oleh Executive Producer dan sesuai tujuan yang disepakati bersama (Mabruri, 2018). Pada pengumpulan data penulis menggunakan metode deskriptif dengan melalui wawancara, observasi dan studi pustaka untuk mendapatkan semua data dan informasi yang bersangkutan dengan tema. Diharapkan laporan tugas akhir ini dapat membantu peran produser dalam proses pembuatan jadwal pada program feature televisi tapping serta dapat menjadi referensi yang bermanfaat bagi para pembaca.
