PENGARUH REWARD DAN PUNISHMENT TERHADAP LOYALITAS KARYAWAN DI HOTEL ALOFT

ABSTRACT

The purpose of this study is to determine the extent to which Reward and Punishment affect employee loyalty. This study uses a quantitative method. Primary data collection through questionnaires and literature studies with a total of 50 employee respondents. Using a purposive sampling method with saturated samples. Using the regression analysis assumption test and multiple linear regression test, processed with spss for window, the test results show a calculated f test of 23.882> f table 0,2787 and a sig value of 0.01 <0.05 so that Reward and Punishment have a significant effect on loyalty. Hypothesis Ha1 is accepted and H01 is rejected, Ha2 is accepted while H02 is rejected but considered negative. Ha3 is accepted and H03 is rejected.

ABSTRAK
Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui sejauh mana Reward dan Punishment berpengaruh terhadap loyalitas karyawan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif. Pengumpulkan data primer melalui kuesioner dan studi literatur dengan jumlah 50 responden karyawan. Mengunakan metode purposive sampling dengan sampel jenuh. Menggunakan uji asumsi analisis regresi dan uji regresi liner berganda, di olah dengan spss for window, hasil uji menunjukan Uji f hitung sebesar 23,882 > f tabel 0,2787 dan nilai sig 0,01 < 0,05 jadi Reward dan Punishment berpengaruh signifikan terhadap loyalitas. Hipotesis Ha1 Reward berpengaruh signifikan terhadap loyalitas diterima dan Ho1 Reward tidak berepnagrauh signifikan terhadap loyalitas ditolak, Ha2 Punishment berpengaruh signifikan terhadap loyalitas diterima sedangkan Ho2 Punishemnet tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhdap loyalitas ditolak namun dinilai negatif. Ha3 Reward dan Punishment berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Loyalitas diterima dan Ho3 Reward dan Punishment tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap loyalitas ditolak.
