PENCIPTAAN FILM PENDEK ANIMASI “NEED NO HELP” DALAM PROSES ANIMATING DENGAN TEKNIK KEYFRAME UNTUK PENGARUH TERHADAP KUALITAS GERAKAN KARAKTER

ABSTRACT

This research explores the animating process in the production of a 3D animated short film titled "Need No Help", focusing on the application of keyframe animation techniques. The methodology follows the animation production pipeline (pre-production, production, post-production). The production stage specifically applies fundamental 3D digital animation principles such as squash and stretch, anticipation, and timing. The result is a short film about an individualistic young man who learns about social care. This film is expected to serve as a reference for both entertainment and education, contributing to children's moral education.

ABSTRAK

Penelitian ini mengkaji proses animating dalam pembuatan film pendek animasi 3D berjudul "Need No Help", dengan fokus pada penerapan teknik keyframe animation. Metode yang digunakan mengikuti pipeline produksi animasi (pra-produksi, produksi, pasca-produksi). Tahap produksi secara khusus menerapkan prinsip dasar animasi 3D digital seperti squash and stretch, anticipation, dan timing. Hasilnya adalah film pendek yang menceritakan seorang pemuda individualis yang belajar tentang kepedulian sosial. Film ini diharapkan dapat menjadi referensi hiburan dan edukasi, serta berkontribusi pada pendidikan moral anak-anak.
