VISUALISASI PRODUK SABUN HANDMADE “SEKOLAH KAMI” MENGGUNAKAN TEKNIK HIGH KEY

ABSTRAK
This research is entitled "Visualization of Handmade Soap by Our School in High Key Lighting Style", which aimsto explore the visual beauty of handmade soap through a high key lighting approach. Handmade soap, which is thework of our school students, not only has functional value but also aesthetics that can be appreciated through the medium of photography. The high key lighting style was chosen to create a bright, clean, and minimalist appearance, so that it can highlight the uniqueness of the design and texture details of the soap.This photography project utilizes studio lighting techniques with high light intensity and minimal shadows to produce a soft and elegant nuance. The dominant white background color setting supports the high key characteristics and provides themain focus on the object. The visual composition is arranged in such a way as to display every artistic aspect of the soap, such as shape, color, and motif, while maintaining the overall visual harmony.The results of this visualizationare expected to provide a new appreciation for students' creative products, as well as being an effective promotionalmedia to introduce handmade soap to the wider community. By combining artistic value and functionality, this work shows how the art of photography can support the development of local products. This project is also a learning tool for students to understand the importance of visual aesthetics in product packaging.

Penelitian ini berjudul "Visualisasi Produk Sabun Handmade “Sekolah Kami” Menggunakan Teknik High Key", yang bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi keindahan visual sabun handmade melalui pendekatan pencahayaan high key. Sabun handmade, yang merupakan hasil karya siswa Sekolah Kami, tidak hanya memiliki nilai fungsional tetapi juga estetika yang dapat diapresiasi melalui medium fotografi. Teknik high key dipilih untuk menciptakan tampilan yang cerah, bersih, dan minimalis, sehingga dapat menonjolkan keunikan desain dan detail tekstur dari sabun tersebut.Tugas fotografi ini memanfaatkan teknik pencahayaan studio dengan intensitas cahaya tinggi dan bayangan minimal untuk menghasilkan nuansa yang lembut dan elegan. Pengaturan warna latar belakang yang dominan putih mendukung karakteristik high key dan memberikan fokus utama pada objek. Komposisi visual disusunsedemikian rupa untuk menampilkan setiap aspek artistik sabun, seperti bentuk, warna, dan motif, dengan tetap mempertahankan harmoni visual keseluruhan.Hasil visualisasi ini dapat memberikan apresiasi baru terhadap produk kreatif siswa, sekaligus menjadi media promosi yang efektif untuk memperkenalkan sabunhandmade kepada masyarakat luas. Dengan menggabungkan nilai artistik dan fungsionalitas, karya ini menunjukkan bagaimana seni fotografi dapat mendukung pengembangan produk lokal. Proyek ini juga menjadi sarana pembelajaran bagi siswa untuk memahami pentingnya estetika visual dalam pengemasan produk.
