Penyusunan Naskah Konten Literasi untuk Publikasi Resep Praline U Delight Melalui Situs Canva

ABSTRACT
The development of the creative industry in the culinary field encourages the need for innovation in presenting food information, not only in terms of taste but also in the delivery media. One of the challenges in developing local products is the lack of digital platforms that convey cultural narratives and unique flavors in an interesting and interactive manner. Therefore, this final project aims to compile a content script for the U Delight Site, an interactive content based on culinary literacy for the publication of chocolate praline recipes with traditional spice fillings such as wedang uwuh through the Canva website. This research refers to the theory of culinary literacy and culinary media as the basis for content development, which combines text, images, videos, and interactive features. The methods used include literature review, observation, documentation, user questionnaires, and expert assessment. The development results show that the site is deemed worthy of publication by experts, and received positive responses from users, especially in aspects of content, design, navigation, and functionality. The conclusion of this final project is that the U Delight Site not only functions as a recipe publication medium, but also as a means of preserving traditional Indonesian culinary arts based on technology.

ABSTRAK
Perkembangan industri kreatif di bidang kuliner mendorong perlunya inovasi dalam penyajian informasi makanan, tidak hanya dari sisi rasa tetapi juga media penyampaiannya. Salah satu tantangan dalam pengembangan produk lokal adalah kurangnya platform digital yang menyampaikan narasi budaya dan keunikan rasa secara menarik dan interaktif. Oleh karena itu, tugas akhir ini bertujuan menyusun naskah konten U Delight Site, sebuah konten interaktif berbasis literasi kuliner untuk publikasi resep cokelat praline dengan isian rempah tradisional seperti wedang uwuh melalui situs canva. Penelitian ini mengacu pada teori literasi kuliner dan media kuliner sebagai dasar pengembangan konten, yang menggabungkan teks, gambar, video, serta fitur interaktif. Metode yang digunakan meliputi studi pustaka, observasi, dokumentasi, kuesioner pengguna, dan penilaian ahli. Hasil pengembangan menunjukkan bahwa situs dinilai layak untuk dipublikasikan oleh para ahli, dan mendapatkan respons positif dari pengguna terutama dalam aspek konten, desain, navigasi, dan fungsionalitas. Simpulan dari tugas akhir ini adalah bahwa U Delight Site tidak hanya berfungsi sebagai media publikasi resep, tetapi juga sebagai sarana pelestarian kuliner tradisional Indonesia berbasis teknologi digital.
