PERAN PRODUSER MENGELOLA BUDGETING KEUANGAN DALAM PRODUKSI PROGRAM FEATURE TELEVISI “UNSEEN STORY OF FIREFIGHTER”

Produser berperan untuk mengelola budgeting keuangan yang merupakan suatu
disiplin ilmu yang mempelajari tentang pengelolaan keuangan. Penulis sebagai
produser merumuskan masalah yaitu, bagaimana peran produser dalam
pengelolaan budgeting keuangan pada produksi program feature televisi
“Unseen Story of Firefighter“. Pada program ini penulis berperan sebagai
produser yang memiliki tugas untuk mengelola budgeting keuangan dengan
merencanakan budgeting keuangan, mencari sumber pendanaan dari pihak luar,
mengendalikan budgeting keuangan saat produksi, dan membuat laporan akhir
budgeting keuangan. Hal-hal tersebut menggunakan metode objek penulisan
pada karya, teknik penulisan data seperti studi pustaka, serta observasi dan
wawancara. Pada penulisan Laporan Tugas Akhir ini bertujuan untuk
memberikan informasi mengenai peran produser melalui sebuah tayangan
feature televisi yang menampilkan aksi nyata dalam tugas DAMKAR dalam hal
mengelola budgeting keuangan. Kesimpulannya penulis sebagai produser
berkomitmen penuh dalam memimpin program feature televisi dan tidak lupa
mengelola budget keuangan apapun yang mungkin muncul selama produksi
program “Unseen Story of Firefighter”.

The producer plays a role in managing financial budgeting which is a
discipline that studies financial management. The author as a producer
formulates the problem, namely, how is the role of the producer in managing
financial budgeting in the production of the television feature program
"Unseen Story of Firefighter". In this program, the author plays a role as a
producer who has the task of managing financial budgeting by planning
financial budgeting, seeking funding sources from external parties,
controlling financial budgeting during production, and making a final
financial budgeting report. These things use the object writing method in the
work, data writing techniques such as literature studies, as well as observation
and interviews. In writing this Final Assignment Report, the aim is to provide
information about the role of the producer through a television feature show
that shows real action in the DAMKAR task in managing financial budgeting.
In conclusion, the author as a producer is fully committed to leading the
television feature program and does not forget to manage any financial budget
that may arise during the production of the program "Unseen Story of
Firefighter".
