PENGARUH LINGKUNGAN KERJA TERHADAP KINERJA KARYAWAN DI LE MERIDIEN BALI JIMBARAN

ABSTRACT
This study aims to examine the influence of the work environment on employee
performance at Le Meridien Bali Jimbaran. The research method used is
descriptive quantitative analysis with data collection techniques in the form of
questionnaires and through mean tests, normality tests, determination correlation
coefficient tests, and hypothesis tests. The results of this study show that H0 is
rejected and H1 is accepted, indicating a significant influence and a strong, positive
relationship between the work environment and employee performance. The
conclusion of this study is the importance of attention to the work environment as a
determining factor in improving employee performance in the hospitality industry,
particularly at Le Meridien Bali Jimbaran. The implication of these findings is the
importance of hotel management to pay attention to and enhance aspects of the
work environment to support the achievement of optimal employee performance.

ABSTRAK
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji pengaruh lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja
karyawan di Le Meridien Bali Jimbaran. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah
analisis deskriptif kuantitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data berupa kuisioner dan
melalui uji mean, uji normalitas, uji koefisien korelasi determinasi, dan uji
hipotesis. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa H0 ditolak dan H1 diterima
maka ada pengaruh signifikan dan hubungan yang kuat dan searah antara
lingkungan kerja dan kinerja karyawan.Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah
pentingnya perhatian terhadap lingkungan kerja sebagai faktor penentu dalam
meningkatkan kinerja karyawan di industri perhotelan, khususnya di Le Meridien
Bali Jimbaran. Implikasi dari temuan ini adalah pentingnya manajemen hotel untuk
memperhatikan dan meningkatkan aspek-aspek lingkungan kerja mendukung
pencapaian kinerja yang optimal dari karyawan.
