PERAN PRODUSER DALAM MEMBUAT PROGRAM SITUASI KOMEDI KOS GALO DENGAN PENDEKATAN STRUKTUR SLICE OF LIFE

Masyarakat usia produktif sudah mulai beralih ke media baru dikarenakan tontonan
yang lebih bervariatif dan bisa ditonton kapanpun dan dimanapun. Namun,
berdasarkan observasi yang penulis lakukan ternyata program tontonan yang
tersedia di media baru masih ada yang jauh dari realitas kehidupan. Inilah yang
membuat penulis dan tim sepakat untuk membuat sebuah situasi komedi yang
menceritakan tentang kehidupan sehari-hari seorang anak kos. Pada pembuatan
program ini penulis berperan sebagai produser. Produser menurut (Latief, 2020)
adalah seorang yang mengatur semua tahapan produksi mulai dari pra-produksi,
produksi, hingga pasca-produksi. Pada laporan ini, produser berperan dalam
manajemen produksi dan juga dalam perancangan konsep pembuatan program.
Produser bekerja sama dengan program director dan penulis naskah untuk membuat
sebuah program yang visualisasi dan ceritanya terasa dekat dan realis dengan
kehidupan masyarakat. Dalam pembuatan laporan ini, penulis mengumpulkan data
terkait peran produser dengan melakukan observasi, kuisioner, dan juga studi
pustaka. Penulisan ini berfokus pada perancangan konsep program situasi komedi
yang dekat dengan keseharian masyarakat, yang dirancang dengan pendekatan slice
of life. Dengan menggunakan pendekatan tersebut, penulis berharap dapat
merancang sebuah program yang dekat dengan keseharian masyarakat sehingga
program ini dapat menimbulkan kesan tersendiri kepada penontonnya.

The people who are entering productive age have begun to switch to new media
because of the more varied programs that can be watched anytime, anywhere.
However, based on the observations made by the writer, it turns out that the variety
of programs available in the new media is still somewhat different from the reality of
everyday life. This is what made the author and the team agree to make a situation
comedy program that tells about the daily life of a boarding house student. In
producing this program, the writer is assigned the role of producer. A producer
according to (Latief, 2020) is someone who organizes all stages of production from
pre-production, production, to post-production. In this report, the producer has a role
in production management and also in designing the concept for this program. The
Producer works collaboratively with the program director and scriptwriter to create
a program where the visualization and story feel close and realist to the peoples' lives.
In writing this report, the writer collected data related to the role of producers by
conducting literature studies, questionnaires, and also observation methods. This
writing focuses on designing the concept of a sitcom program that is close to people's
daily lives, designed with a slice of life approach. By using this approach, the author
hopes to design a program that is close to people's daily lives so that this program
can make an impression on the audience.
