PERANCANGAN WEBSITE KOMUNITAS PESAN BICARA MENGGUNAKAN METODE WATERFALL

Low digital visibility of the Pesan Bicara Community and the limitations of social
media platforms such as Instagram, which do not fully support the community’s
needs. The objective is to Design a community Website that not only serves as a
promotional medium but also provides educational content, inspirational
magazines, and registration features for members and speakers. The study employs
a System Development approach using the Waterfall model, consisting of
requirements analysis, Design, Development, testing, deployment, and
Maintenance. The results indicate that the Website was successfully developed
using Laravel, PHP, and MySQL, and tested through Black Box testing, showing
that all features functioned as expected. Furthermore, the usability evaluation using
the System Usability Scale (SUS) achieved an average score of 92.93, categorized
as Best Imaginable with Grade A, indicating high User acceptance and ease of use.
Compatibility testing across multiple devices also confirmed stable performance.
Therefore, the Pesan Bicara Community Website is deemed effective, feasible, and
capable of supporting the community’s digital Development.

Rendahnya visibilitas Komunitas Pesan Bicara di ranah digital serta keterbatasan
platform media sosial seperti Instagram yang belum mampu mengakomodasi
kebutuhan komunitas. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah merancang sebuah Website
komunitas yang tidak hanya berfungsi sebagai sarana promosi kegiatan, tetapi juga
menyediakan fitur edukasi, majalah inspiratif, serta pendaftaran anggota dan
narasumber. Metode penelitian menggunakan pendekatan pengembangan sistem
dengan model Waterfall, melalui tahapan analisis kebutuhan, perancangan,
pengembangan, pengujian, deployment, dan pemeliharaan. Hasil penelitian
menunjukkan bahwa Website berhasil dibangun menggunakan Framework Laravel,
PHP, dan MySQL, serta telah diuji menggunakan Black Box testing dengan hasil
seluruh fitur berfungsi sesuai harapan. Selain itu, hasil pengujian usability melalui
System Usability Scale (SUS) memperoleh skor rata-rata 92,93 yang termasuk
kategori Best Imaginable dengan Grade A, menunjukkan Website mudah digunakan
dan diterima oleh pengguna. Pengujian kompatibilitas pada beberapa perangkat
juga menunjukkan kinerja yang stabil. Dengan demikian, Website komunitas Pesan
Bicara dinyatakan efektif, layak digunakan, serta mampu mendukung
perkembangan komunitas secara digital.
