PENGEMBANGAN WEBSITE FOLLAS COFFEE MENGGUNAKAN FRAMEWORK LARAVEL UNTUK EFISIENSI LAYANAN DIGITAL

This research develops an online ordering website for Follas Coffee using the
Laravel framework, featuring guest checkout as its main functionality (no user login
required). The website provides online ordering services, product menu displays,
order management, and a secure payment system. Laravel was chosen for its ease
of use and rapid development capabilities. The resulting website is expected to
accelerate the ordering process, enhance customer experience, and optimize the
operational efficiency of Follas Coffee in the digital era. Testing results using the
Black Box method show that all system features function properly, including
ordering, payment, and data management processes. The system successfully
handles transactions without errors and provides fast responses to user interactions.

Penelitian ini mengembangkan website pemesanan online untuk Follas Coffee
menggunakan framework Laravel dengan fitur utama guest checkout (tanpa login
pengguna). Website ini menyediakan layanan pemesanan, tampilan menu produk,
manajemen pesanan, dan sistem pembayaran yang aman. Pemilihan Laravel
didasarkan pada kemudahan dan kecepatan pengembangan. Hasil pengembangan
diharapkan dapat mempercepat proses pemesanan, meningkatkan pengalaman
pelanggan, serta mengoptimalkan efisiensi operasional Follas Coffee di era digital.
Hasil pengujian menggunakan metode Black Box menunjukkan bahwa seluruh fitur
berjalan sesuai dengan fungsinya, termasuk proses pemesanan, pembayaran, dan
pengelolaan data. Sistem mampu memproses transaksi dengan baik tanpa error dan
memberikan respons cepat terhadap interaksi pengguna.
