PEMBUATAN SISTEM PENDAFTARAN PESERTA DIDIK BARU DENGAN FITUR TES MINAT BAKAT BERBASIS AVATAR DI SMKS PANCASILA MANONJAYA

The rapid development of information technology necessitates educational institutions to have a digital presence. This study aims to design, develop, and evaluate an integrated official website for SMKS Pancasila Manonjaya, which currently lacks one. The website features comprehensive school profile information, an online New Student Admission (PPDB) registration system, and an interactive, avatar-based interest and aptitude test. The PPDB system streamlines the registration process with account creation, form filling, and document upload, integrated with Google Drive and Sheets for secure data storage. The RIASEC model-based aptitude test provides visual results through avatars, making it easier for students to understand their potential and suitable majors. The Agile development method was employed for its flexibility. Black Box Testing confirmed all functionalities worked as intended. Usability testing using the System Usability Scale (SUS) with 22 respondents yielded a high average score of 81,60, indicating good usability. The study concludes that the developed website is highly functional, user-friendly, and effective as a central information, registration, and guidance platform for the school and its community.

Pesatnya perkembangan teknologi informasi menuntut lembaga pendidikan untuk memiliki keberadaan digital. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang, mengembangkan, dan mengevaluasi website resmi terintegrasi untuk SMKS Pancasila Manonjaya yang saat ini belum memilikinya. Website ini menampilkan informasi profil sekolah yang lengkap, sistem Penerimaan Peserta Didik Baru (PPDB) online, dan tes minat bakat interaktif berbasis avatar. Sistem PPDB mempermudah proses pendaftaran dengan fitur pembuatan akun, pengisian formulir, dan unggah dokumen, terintegrasi dengan Google Drive dan Sheets untuk penyimpanan data yang aman. Tes bakat berbasis model RIASEC memberikan hasil visual melalui avatar, memudahkan siswa memahami potensi dan jurusan yang sesuai. Metode pengembangan Agile digunakan untuk fleksibilitasnya. Pengujian Black Box memastikan semua fungsionalitas berjalan sesuai rencana. Pengujian usability menggunakan System Usability Scale (SUS) pada 22 responden menghasilkan skor rata-rata 81,60 yang menunjukkan tingkat kegunaan (usability) good usability. Disimpulkan bahwa website yang dibangun sangat fungsional, mudah digunakan, dan efektif sebagai platform informasi, pendaftaran, dan panduan terpusat bagi sekolah dan masyarakatnya.
