PENGEMBANGAN SISTEM PELAPORAN DAN MANAJEMEN KASUS UNTUK SATUAN TUGAS PENCEGAHAN DAN PENANGANAN KEKERASAN DI PERGURUAN TINGGI

Kekerasan di perguruan tinggi sering kali tidak teridentifikasi secara institusional akibat minimnya kanal pelaporan yang aman. Di Politeknik Negeri Media Kreatif, Satuan Tugas Pencegahan dan Penanganan Kekerasan masih menghadapi keterbatasan operasional karena sistem pengaduan yang terfragmentasi menggunakan Google Form tanpa adanya pelacakan kasus terintegrasi. Penelitian ini bertujuan merancang dan membangun website pelaporan serta manajemen kasus terpusat menggunakan framework Laravel dan basis data MySQL. Metode pengembangan perangkat lunak yang diterapkan adalah model Waterfall dalam kerangka System Development Life Cycle. Penulis mengimplementasikan kontrol akses berbasis peran untuk melindungi kerahasiaan data kasus, sekaligus menyediakan fitur lacak progres mandiri menggunakan nomor tiket unik bagi pelapor. Hasil pengujian fungsionalitas sistem dengan Black Box Testing menunjukkan tingkat keberhasilan penuh sebesar 100 persen yang membuktikan seluruh fitur berjalan akurat. Selain itu, pengujian usabilitas antarmuka melalui System Usability Scale memperoleh skor rata-rata 89,50 yang termasuk dalam kualifikasi excellent. Sistem ini berhasil menyajikan solusi digital yang aman dan mudah digunakan untuk mendukung pemutusan rantai kekerasan di kampus.

Violence within higher education institutions often goes undetected due to the lack of secure reporting channels. At Politeknik Negeri Media Kreatif, the Prevention and Handling of Violence Task Force still faces operational constraints because the current reporting system relies on fragmented Google Forms with no integrated case tracking mechanism. This research aims to design and develop a centralized web-based reporting and case management platform using the Laravel framework and a MySQL database. The software development process follows the Waterfall model within a System Development Life Cycle framework, utilizing a mixed-method approach. The platform implements role-based access control to protect case data confidentiality while providing a self-tracking feature via unique ticket numbers for reporters. The functional system evaluation using Black Box Testing demonstrated a 100 percent success rate, proving that all features operate accurately. Furthermore, user interface usability testing using the System Usability Scale achieved an average score of 89.50, placing the platform in the excellent category. Consequently, this system delivers a secure and user-friendly digital solution to support breaking the cycle of campus violence.
