“Menyelamatkan Hutan Bersama Timo & Tobi Yuk! ” is a children's fable book
script with the theme of protecting the environment, played by endangered
animals, namely the Javanese binturong and slow lorises as the main characters
and equipped with interactive activities. The problem that the author wants to
address is what is the process of writing the story in the children's fable
book“Menyelamatkan Hutan Bersama Timo & Tobi Yuk! ”? The purpose of this
writing is to create a children's fable book manuscript through the stages of the
writing process for the children's fable book “Menyelamatkan Hutan Bersama
Timo & Tobi Yuk! ”. Writing the script refers to Trimansyah's theory (2020). This
final assignment uses data collection techniques in the form of literature studies
and interviews. In this final assignment report, the author uses work steps starting
from the (1) pre-writing stage, (2) next is the draft writing, (3) then the next stage
is the stage of revising, (4) editing and (5)publishing. Through data collection
techniques in the form of literature studies and interviews, a children's fable book
entitled “Menyelamatkan Hutan Bersama Timo & Tobi Yuk! ” was produced with
24 pages and the target audience was children (B2) aged 7 to 9 years.

“Menyelamatkan Hutan Bersama Timo & Tobi Yuk! ” adalah naskah cerita fabel
anak bertemakan menjaga lingkungan yang diperankan oleh hewan yang sudah
langka yaitu binturong jawa dan kukang sebagai tokoh utama serta dilengkapi
kegiatan interaktif. Masalah yang ingin penulis atasi adalah bagaimana langkah
penulisan ceritafabel anak “Menyelamatkan Hutan Bersama Timo & Tobi Yuk! ”
? Tujuan penulisan ini adalah untuk menciptakan naskah buku fabel anak melalui
tahapan proses menulis pada buku fabel anak “Petualangan Malam Timo & Tobi
Menyelamatkan Hutan”. Penulisan naskah merujuk pada teori Trimansyah (2020).
Tugas akhir ini menggunakan teknik pengumpulan data berupa studi pustaka dan
wawancara. Dalam laporan tugas akhir ini, penulis menggunakan langkah kerja
dimulai dari (1) tahap pratulis, (2) selanjutnya adalah tahap menulis draf, (3)
kemudian tahap selanjutnya adalah tahap merevisi, (4) menyunting, dan (5)
menerbitkan. Melalui teknik pengumpulan data berupa studi pustaka dan
wawancara, dihasilkan sebuah karya buku fabel anak berjudul “Menyelamatkan
Hutan Bersama Timo & Tobi Yuk! ” dengan jumlah 24 halaman dan target
pembaca awal anak-anak (B2) usia 7 sampai 9 tahun.
