PERAN PRODUSER DALAM MERANCANG PROGRAM FEATURE TELEVISI ANAK “ CILO DAN MILI : EGRANG BATOK DAN LOMPAT KARET”

Televisi merupakan media komunikasi modern yang dalam perkembangannya televisi
sudah menjadi kebutuhan pokok atau kebutuhan dengan memiliki fungsi yaitu
menginformasikan, menghibur dan mendidik serta sebagai ruang kontrol masyarakat.
Penulis mengangkat sebuah program feature televisi yang berjudul "Cilo dan Mili :
Egrang Batok dan Lompat Karet". Program televisi ini akan mengenalkan kembali
permainan tradisional dengan menjelaskan latar belakang permainan tersebut, cara
pembuatannya, dan juga cara memainkannya dengan informatif dan edukatif serta
didukung oleh animasi agar menarik target audience. Pada pembuatan tugas akhir
penulis membahas tentang peran produser, dengan tujuan untuk mengetahui peran
produser pada pembuatan program feature televisi. Produser merupakan pemimpin
seluruh tim produksi, baik secara kreatif maupun dalam manajemen produksi, sesuai
anggaran yang telah disepakati oleh Executive Producer dan sesuai tujuan yang
disepakati bersama (Mabruri, 2018). Pada pengumpulan data penulis menggunakan
metode deskriptif dengan melalui wawancara, observasi dan studi pustaka untuk
mendapatkan semua data dan informasi yang bersangkutan dengan tema. Diharapkan
laporan tugas akhir ini dapat membantu peran produser dalam proses pembuatan jadwal
pada program feature televisi tapping serta dapat menjadi referensi yang bermanfaat
bagi para pembaca.

Television is a modern communication medium which in its development has become a
basic need or requirement with the function of informing, entertaining and educating
as well as a control space for society. The author presented a television feature program
entitled "Cilo and Mili: Egrang Batok and Lompat Karet". This television program will
reintroduce traditional games by explaining the background of the game, how to make
it, and also how to play it in an informative and educational manner and supported by
animation to attract the target audience. In making the final assignment the author
discusses the role of the producer, with the aim of knowing the role of the producer in
making television feature programs. The producer is the leader of the entire production
team, both creatively and in production management, according to the budget agreed
upon by the Executive Producer and according to mutually agreed goals (Mabruri,
2018). In collecting data, the author used descriptive methods through interviews,
observations and literature studies to obtain all data and information related to the
theme. It is hoped that this final assignment report can help the producer's role in the
process of making schedules for the tapping television feature program and can be a
useful reference for readers.
