PERAN PRODUSER TERKAIT MANAJEMEN PRODUKSI PADA PROGRAM DOKUMENTER INTERAKTIF “JEMBATAN HARMONI”

Penulisan ini bertujuan untuk memaparkan peran produser terkait manajemen produksi
pada program dokumenter Jembatan Harmoni yang mengangkat informasi tentang
esensi kepercayaan di Indonesia. Dalam menyebarkan informasi dan edukasi, program
dokumenter memiliki peran penting untuk menyebarkan informasi tentang esensi dari
setiap kepercayaan yang ada di Indonesia. Pada proses pengerjaan sebuah program,
peranan tim kerja sangatlah penting. Salah satu dari tim kerja yaitu produser. Produser
merupakan seorang yang bertanggung jawab atas sebuah proses manajemen produksi
dari pra produksi sampai pasca produksi (fachruddin, 2017:173). Dengan adanya peran
produser, dapat dibagi atas tugas serta metode dan Teknik seorang produser yang
digunakan untuk melakukan penerapan manajemen produksi dalam program Jembatan
Harmoni. Teknik pengumpulan data yang dilakukan adalah melalui pedoman
observasi,riset,wawancara,dan studi pustaka. Penulis dalam program ini memiliki
peran untuk bertanggung jawab untuk memberikan solusi pada setiap masalah yang di
hadapi baik saat pra produksi hingga pasca produksi.

This final assignment report discusses the role of the producer in implementing
production management in the production of a prorgam documentary with the title
"Jembatan Harmoni", which features an episode about Sunda Wiwitan cimahi. The
main focus of this report is on the implementation of production management stages in
documentary production, which includes three stages of production: pre-production,
production and post-production. In the pre-production stage, the producer is
responsible for production management that could affect the smooth running of the
project, such as issues with permits, shooting locations, and human resources. During
the production phase, producers must ensure manage mitigation is effective, by
monitoring the shooting process, managing unexpected weather changes, and
maintaining the safety of crew and equipment. In the post-production stage, the
producer must assess and control the editing process, and the final distribution of the
documentary. This research emphasizes the importance of the producer's role in
ensuring that each stage of management is carried out correctly to produce quality
documentaries that are free from obstacles.
