PERAN PRODUSER DALAM MERANCANG RENCANA ANGGARAN BIAYA PADA PROGRAM TELEVISI VARIETY SHOW “RUANG GEMBIRA”

Tujuan produser dalam membuat program televisi Variety Show “Ruang Gembira”
ini untuk merancang rencana anggaran biaya pada produksi program televisi ruang
gembira yang meliputi praproduksi biaya kebutuhan awal riset, pada proses
produksi lokasi, alat, dan kebutuhan talent dan tim serta biaya tahap terakhir pada
pasca produksi yang membahas flora dan fauna dengan menarik . Menurut (Latief
2017:7), Produser adalah penanggung jawab atas seluruh pelaksanaan kegiatan
produksi. Melakukan koordinasi pelaksanaan pra produksi, produksi dan pasca
produksi. Metode pelaksanaan yang dilakukan meliputi pengumpulan data
observasi langsung dengan mengamati tumbuhan dan hewan sesuai dengan tempat
yang di tentukan, kuisioner dan studi pustaka serta langkah kerja yang meliputi
praproduksi, proses produksi, dan pascaproduksi dari produser. Dalam tahap
praproduksi penulis menentukan ide dan membahas konsepserta melakukan
perencanaan lainnya, tahap produksi penulis membuat rencana anggaran biaya,
mengawasi jalannya kegiatan produksi dan mengawasi kualitas produksi video dan
terakhir pada tahap pasca produser juga berkoodinasi dengan editor terkait waktu
yang ditentukan dan membuat laporan anggaran biaya. Dengan perencanaan biaya
anggaran inilah peran penulis sebagai produser dapat menghasilkan variety show
yang menghibur namun tetap mendapatkan informasi bagi anak-anak.

The producer's goal in making the “Ruang Gembira” Variety Show television
program is to design a cost budget plan for the production of a happy room
television program which includes pre-production costs for initial research needs,
in the production process locations, tools, and talent and team needs and the last
stage costs in post-production which discusses flora and fauna interestingly.
According to (Latief 2017:7), Producer is responsible for the entire implementation
of production activities. Coordinating the implementation of pre-production,
production and post-production. The implementation method includes direct
observation data collection by observing plants and animals according to the
designated place, questionnaires and literature studies as well as work steps
including pre-production, production process, and post-production from the
producer. In the pre-production stage the writer determines ideas and discusses
concepts and does other planning, the production stage the writer makes a cost
budget plan, oversees the course of production activities and oversees the quality
of video production and finally in the post-production stage the producer also
coordinates with the editor regarding the specified time and makes a cost budget
report. With this budget cost planning, the author's role as a producer can produce
variety shows that are entertaining but still get information for children.
