PERAN EDITOR DALAM PENERAPAN TEKNIK PARALLAX EFFECT UNTUK ASET VISUAL PADA PROGRAM LIVE MUSIC SESSIONATTE

The Sessionatte live music program requires visual assets that create a sense of depth to avoid a flat appearance while strengthening the program’s visual identity. Therefore, this final project examines the implementation of the Parallax Effect technique in graphic elements to produce more dynamic visual presentations. The purpose of this study is to analyze the application of the Parallax Effect technique to the visual assets of the Sessionatte live music program. The methods used in this study are observation and literature review, consisting of the planning, implementation, and evaluation stages. The process begins with research and visual concept development, followed by asset collection, layer separation, animation using the Parallax Effect technique, rendering, testing, evaluation, and revision based on preview results. The results show that the implementation of the Parallax Effect technique successfully creates the illusion of visual depth, produces more engaging, dynamic, and professional graphic visuals, and strengthens the visual identity of the Sessionatte program.

Program live music Sessionatte memerlukan aset visual yang mampu menciptakan kedalaman visual agar tidak terlihat datar serta memperkuat identitas program. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini mengkaji penggunaan teknik Parallax Effect pada aset visual grafis untuk menciptakan tampilan visual yang lebih dinamis. Tujuan penulisan ini adalah mengetahui penerapan teknik Parallax Effect pada aset visual program live music Sessionatte. Metode yang digunakan adalah observasi dan studi pustaka dengan tahapan perencanaan, pelaksanaan, dan evaluasi. Proses diawali dengan riset dan penyusunan konsep visual, dilanjutkan pengumpulan aset, pemisahan objek ke dalam beberapa layer, pembuatan animasi menggunakan Parallax Effect, rendering, pengujian, evaluasi, serta revisi berdasarkan hasil preview. Hasil penerapan menunjukkan bahwa teknik Parallax Effect mampu menciptakan ilusi kedalaman visual, menghasilkan tampilan grafis yang lebih menarik, dinamis, dan profesional, serta mendukung identitas visual program Sessionatte.
