PENGOPTIMALISASIAN JOB ORDER FORM (JOF) SEBAGAI ALAT KOMUNIKASI UNIT PLANNING PRODUCTION & INVENTORY CONTROL (PPIC) DI PERUM PERCETAKAN NEGARA REPUBLIK INDONESIA

In our daily lives we will not be able to separate from communication activities, as long
as we are still alive we will continue to communicate. Communication is also formed
in the scope of a manufacturing company, in a company to achieve the goals of the
company, the company completes good communication between work units, therefore
the company needs communication tools such as the Job Order Form (JOF) that can
be used in a company. However, in its implementation, there are still problems in its
presentation such as the lack of appropriateness in the presentation of the data
presented, the completeness of the content provided, and the lack of informative level
presented in the Job Order Form (JOF) which causes delays in the production process
such as therefore communication tools are a very important aspect in the
manufacturing industry, the method used by the author to measure effectiveness The
Job Order Form (JOF) is an observation, interview, and filling out a questionnaire for
the purpose of holding the submission so that the author can identify, develop, and test
the Job Order Form (JOF) at the State Printing Company of the Republic of Indonesia.

Dalam kehidupan sehari- hari kita tidak akan bisa lepas dari kegiatan komunikasi,
selama kita masih hidup kita akan terus berkomunikasi. Komunikasi juga tebentuk
ruang lingkup perusahaan manufaktur, dalam sebuah Perusahaan untuk mencapai
tujuan dari perusahaan, perusahaan membuutuhkan komunikasi yang baik antar unit
kerja, oleh sebab itu perusahaaan membutuhkan alat komunikasi seperti Job order
Form (JOF) yang dapat digunakaan dalam sebuah Perusahaan. Namun dalam
pelaksanaannya alat komunikasi tersebut masih terdapat masalah dalam penyajiannya
seperti kurang sesuainya penyajian data yang disajikan, kelengkapan konten yang
diberikan, dan kurangnya tingkat informatif yang disajikan dalam Job Order Form
(JOF) yang menyebabkan tertundanya proses produksi seperti oleh sebab itu alat
komunikasi menjadi aspek yang sangat penting pada industri manufaktur, metode yang
digunakan penulis untuk mengukur efektivitas Job Order Form (JOF) adalah
observasi, wawancara, dan pengisian angket tujuan diadakannya pengujuan tersebut
agar penulis dapat mengidentifikasi, mengembangkan, dan menguji Job Order Form
(JOF) yang ada di Perum Percetakan Negara Republik Indonesia.
