MENGIDENTIFIKASI PERMASALAHAN SEPARASI WARNA BARCODE PADA PROSES PRA CETAK DI PT SARANA KATA GRAFIKA

The problem of color separations is blurred and unsolvable colors that occur in
the breaking of colors. Therefore it is important to take care of and correct from
other matters. The author feels the need to identify the color separation problem
on the barcode And knowing the factor behind the blurred barcode separations
and the blurred color-treatment measures in the preprint process. The objective of
this is to find out the factors that cause blurred barcode color separations in the
prepress process and to find out the stages of the process of handling blurred
color separations in the prepress process. However, to overcome existing
problems, the author uses the 3M method (Man, Method, Machine), which has
potential in this case human resources, methods and computers. The solution to
the problem is to prevent the discoloration problem of operators having to
improvise and to prevent blurred colors from producing printing plates and better
products. Applying standard procedures is a deterrent to omissions on each
section.

Masalah Separasi warna pada barcode sering terjadi sehingga berdampak pada
warna yang kabur. Pentingnya melakukan identifikasi permasalahan separasi
warna pada barcode sehingga mengetahui faktor penyebab terjadinya separasi
warna barcode yang kabur dan mengetahui langkah-langkah proses penanganan
separasi warna yang kabur pada proses pra cetak. Tujuan dari penulisan ini adalah
untuk mengetahui faktor penyebab terjadinya separasi warna barcode yang kabur
pada proses pra cetak serta mengetahui tahapan proses penanganan separasi warna
yang kabur. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah observasi,
wawancara dan studi Pustaka. Selain itu menggunakan metode fishbone untuk
mengetahui akar penyebab. Berdasarkan hasil fishbone yang berpotensi menjadi
penyebab terjadinya separasi warna yang kabur adalah sumber daya manusia,
metode, dan mesin (komputer). Solusi untuk permasalahan tersebut adalah untuk
mencegah terjadinya masalah separasi warna yaitu operator yang harus melakukan
improvisasi dan mencegah terjadinya warna yang kabur agar menghasilkan pelat
cetak serta produk yang lebih baik. Menerapakan prosedur sesuai standar
merupakan hal pencegah agar tidak terjadi kelalaian pada setiap bagian.
