TINJAUAN PROSES FINISHING POSTER DENGAN BAHAN FOAM BOARD PADA MESIN ZUND L-2500 DI PT SUBURMITRA GRAFISTAMA

ABSTRACT
The digital finishing process is an essential component in many aspects of life from
business to science. The definition, function, and characteristics of the process help
humans understand how it affects everything. By understanding the process in
depth, each individual can manage things more efficiently and achieve the goals
that have been set. The digital printing process refers to a printing method that uses
digital technology to produce images or text in various media The purpose of this
observation is to know the printing process on foam board materials, find out the
problems during production and how to overcome the problems that occur. The
problems that occur in the zund and Arizona machines based on the observation
results are the file on the design is not precise, the cut results are often imprecise,
and for Arizona based on the observation is the ink dripping during the printing
process, the head print at the time of printing hits the material. It can be concluded
that the digital printing process made of foam board using the Zund L-2500
machine and the Arizona XT machine at PT Subur Mitra Grafistama can create
good results if the machine operator is alert to the problems that occuduring

ABSTRAK
Proses finishing digital adalah komponen penting dalam berbagai aspek kehidupan
dari bisnis hingga ilmu pengetahuan. Pengertian, fungsi, dan ciri ciri proses
membantu manusia memahami bagaimana hal tersebut memengaruhi segala hal.
Dengan memahami proses secara mendalam, tiap individu dapat mengelola sesuatu
dengan lebih efisien dan mencapai tujuan yang telah ditetapkan. . Tujuan dari
pengamatan ini adalah mengetahui proses finishing pada bahan foam board,
mengetahui permasalahan saat produksi dan bagaimana cara mengatasi
permasalahan yang terjadi. Adapun masalah yang terjadi pada mesin zund dan
Arizona berdasarkan hasil pengamatan adalah file pada desain tidak presisi, hasil
potong sering tidak presisi, dan untuk Arizona berdasarkan pengamatan adalah saat
terjadinya proses pencetakan, head print pada saat mencetak menabrak pada bahan.
Dapat disimpulkan bahwa proses cetak digital berbahan foam board dengan
menggunakan mesin Zund L-2500 dan mesin Arizona XT di PT Subur Mitra
Grafistama dapat menciptakan hasil yang baik apabila operator mesin sigap dengan
apa yang terjadi.
