PENULISAN NASKAH BUKU ANAK “MENJELAJAH BUDAYA TIGA PROVINSI DI SUMATRA”

“Menjelajah Budaya Tiga Provinsi di Sumatra” merupakan buku non fiksi
mengenai keberagaman budaya. Hal ini dilatarbelakangi oleh menurunnya minat
anak dalam mempelajari budaya Indonesia serta menurunnya rasa toleransi
antarbudaya satu dan lainnya. Tujuan penulisan tugas akhir ini untuk menjelaskan
penulisan naskah buku anak “Menjelajah Budaya Tiga Provinsi di Sumatra” yang
dapat tersampaikan dengan baik dan mudah diterima oleh anak. Berkaitan dengan
tujuan tersebut, dalam penulisan laporan ini menjelaskan proses dalam penulisan
naskah buku anak “Menjelajah Budaya Tiga Provinsi di Sumatra”. Teori yang
digunakan dalam penulisan laporan, yaitu teori Kinoysan (2016). Pada teori ini
menjelaskan tentang proses penulisan naskah dalam tiga tahap, yaitu pratulis, uji
kelayakan, dan penulisan. Juga dijelaskan mengenai teknik penulisan naskah, yaitu,
membentuk Bab, Subbab, Paragraf, dan Daftar Isi. Selain menggunakan teori,
penulis juga melakukan metode studi Pustaka, observasi, dan survei. Pada data
pembahasan, didapatkan ketertarikan anak dalam tema ini, serta mendapatkan hasil
calon pembaca dengan usia 10-12 tahun. Naskah buku terbagi atas Bab, Subbab dan
Paragraf juga terdapat daftar isi agar pembaca mendapatkan gambaran mengenai isi
buku.

“Menjelajah Budaya Tiga Provinsi di Sumatra” is a non-fiction book about cultural
diversity. This is motivated by the decline in children's interest in studying
Indonesian culture and the decline in tolerance between one culture and another.
The purpose of writing this final assignment is to explain the writing of the script
for the children's book "Exploring the Culture of the Three Provinces of Sumatra"
which can be conveyed well and is easily accepted by children. In connection with
this aim, in writing this report, we explain the process of writing the manuscript for
the children's book "Exploring the Culture of Three Provinces of Sumatra". The
theory used in writing the report is Kinoysan's theory (2016). This theory explains
the process of writing a manuscript in three stages, namely prewriting, feasibility
testing and writing. It also explains manuscript writing techniques, namely, forming
chapters, subchapters, paragraphs, and a table of contents. Apart from using
theory, the author also used library study methods, observation and surveys. In the
discussion data, it was found that children's interest in this theme was obtained, as
well as the results of potential readers aged 10-12 years. The book manuscript is
divided into chapters, subchapters and paragraphs, and there is also a table of
contents so that readers get an idea of the contents of the book.
