PERANCANGAN DAN IMPLEMENTASI WEBSITE KONSULTAN BISNIS UNTUK PERUSAHAAN L8 KELOLA

The advancement of digital technology requires companies to establish a strong online presence to support services and convey a professional image. L8 Kelola, a business consulting firm specializing in human resource management, finance, taxation, and legal assistance, faces the need to enhance service efficiency through a digital platform. This study aims to design and develop a web-based business consultation information system for L8 Kelola to improve the efficiency and professionalism of its services. The research employed a limited Research and Development (R&D) approach during the needs identification stage, and adopted the Waterfall model for the system development process. Data were collected through observation, interviews, questionnaires, and literature studies. The system was tested using compatibility testing, black-box testing, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) based on the ISO 9126 quality standard. The results indicate that the system runs smoothly and responsively across various devices and achieved an overall feasibility score of 88.14% from all respondents, categorized as highly feasible. This system is expected to support the company in digitalizing its business consultation processes and enhancing the user experience.

Perkembangan teknologi digital menuntut perusahaan untuk memiliki kehadiran daring yang kuat sebagai penunjang layanan dan citra profesional. L8 Kelola, perusahaan konsultan bisnis yang bergerak di bidang pengelolaan karyawan, keuangan, pajak, dan pendampingan hukum, menghadapi kebutuhan untuk meningkatkan efisiensi layanan melalui platform digital. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang dan membangun sistem informasi layanan konsultasi bisnis berbasis website pada perusahaan L8 Kelola guna meningkatkan efisiensi dan profesionalisme layanan. Metode yang digunakan mencakup pendekatan Research and Development (R&D) secara terbatas pada tahap identifikasi kebutuhan, serta model Waterfall dalam proses pengembangan sistem. Data diperoleh melalui observasi, wawancara, kuesioner, dan studi literatur. Sistem diuji menggunakan uji kompatibilitas, blackbox testing, serta User Acceptance Testing (UAT) berbasis ISO 9126. Hasil pengujian menunjukkan bahwa sistem berjalan dengan baik dan responsif di berbagai perangkat, serta memperoleh skor kelayakan sebesar 88,14% dari total responden, yang termasuk kategori sangat layak. Sistem ini diharapkan dapat membantu perusahaan dalam mendigitalisasi proses konsultasi bisnis dan meningkatkan pengalaman pengguna.
