Abstract
ABSTRAK
Technological developments require actors to utilize digital media as a means of promotion and sales. Tuku Ramen, a ramen restaurant that was founded in 2020, does not yet have a website or application to support online buying and selling activities. This condition hampers promotions and reduces the potential for increasing brand awareness. Therefore, this research designed a Tuku Ramen web design that functions as a promotional media as well as a bold buying and selling facility. The methods used include literature studies, interviews and observations to analyze client needs and consumer preferences. The design process is carried out through pre-production stages (moodboard, storyboard, color selection and typography), production (creation of visual assets using Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and Figma), to post-production (evaluation with clients and creation of supporting media in the form of x-banners, posters, stickers, and packaging). The design results show that web design with visual elements that match brand identity is able to increase attractiveness, expand promotional reach, and make it easier for consumers to make purchases. Designing the Tuku Ramen web design as a promotional and online sales media to increase brand awareness and facilitate consumer access.
Perkembangan teknologi menuntut pelaku usaha untuk memanfaatkan media digital sebagai sarana promosi dan penjualan. Tuku Ramen, sebuah restoran ramen yang berdiri sejak tahun 2020, belum memiliki website maupun aplikasi penunjang kegiatan jual beli secara online. Kondisi ini menghambat promosi dan menurunkan potensi peningkatan brand awareness. Oleh karena itu, penulis merancang desain web Tuku Ramen yang berfungsi sebagai media promosi sekaligus sarana jual beli daring. Metode yang digunakan meliputi studi literatur, wawancara, dan observasi untuk menganalisis kebutuhan klien serta preferensi konsumen. Proses perancangan dilakukan melalui tahapan praproduksi (moodboard, storyboard, pemilihan warna dan tipografi), produksi (pembuatan aset visual dengan Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, dan Figma), hingga pascaproduksi (evaluasi bersama klien dan pembuatan media pendukung berupa x-banner, poster, stiker, dan packaging). Hasil perancangan menunjukkan bahwa desain web dengan elemen visual yang sesuai identitas merek mampu meningkatkan daya tarik, memperluas jangkauan promosi, serta mempermudah konsumen dalam melakukan pembelian. Perancangan desain web Tuku Ramen Mampu menjadi media promosi dan jual beli online untuk meningkatkan brand awareness serta mempermudah akses konsumen.
